I’ve had the pleasure of working in a variety of industries over the years. Here are some of the organizations I’m particularly delighted to have served.


• Directly managed a social community of over 20 million readers/fans and broadly supported a combined portfolio of 100 million community members across Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Linkedin.

• Managed 10+ simultaneous sponsorships across Travel, generating monthly revenue of $30-50K.

• Designed and built the organization’s first Facebook chatbot, generating 2x cost of start-up investment in first three months live, and growing subscriber base to 50K users. (2019 Webby award honoree)

• Served as lead strategist for channel shows, and provided support for organizational tentpoles like Planet or Plastic (2019 Webby award honoree) and wildlife tourism, featuring touch-points with National Geographic Society, as well as consumer product lines.

• Managed digital content across departments and within the network to identify and tell stories of community impact on our social media properties, blog and website, within email marketing campaigns, through our Intranet, and within promotional materials.

• Managed monthly calendar of 60+ CTA-oriented pieces of social media copy, and produced localizable image templates and community messaging for 25 United Way clients, reaching over 1 million users.

• Facilitated transition of clients to Salesforce instance, Social Studio and Marketing Cloud.


• Managed our ongoing social media listening campaigns, leveraging tools to monitor online conversations regarding key fabric care products, and providing strategic counsel as appropriate within our issues management program.

• Served a key role in content migration projects, working within P&G’s CMS to modernize their website UX.


• Managed Facebook ad campaigns to drive sign-ups for priority classes and workshops.

• Migrated Yoga District’s email strategy to Mailchimp, designing email templates for outreach to the community and applying a series of tactics to increase open rates by 10%.


• Led the social media strategy for Genomic’s series of online tools designed to connect potential patients with helpful information, including My Breast Cancer Coach and My Colon Cancer Coach.

• Produced series of eight 60-second instructional videos, created social media copy, and managed a team of associates for influencer outreach.


• Launched Alnylam’s social media properties, growing Twitter presence to over 5K followers in first year.

• Navigated ongoing legal considerations, translating complex pipeline updates to digestible information for bloggers, journalists, investors and Twitter influencers.
